  • Minimum of five years experience as a System Analyst working in an IM/IT environment.
  • Minimum of two years experience within the last five years working with and maintaining Microsoft Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7.
  • Minimum of two years experience within the last five years working with and maintaining Microsoft Office 2000, 2003 or 2007.
  • Minimum of two years combined experience within the last five years providing user support, troubleshooting and problem resolution for: Microsoft Office (2000, 2003 or 2007); Microsoft Windows (Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7); Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or 7; antivirus and computer security solutions (including Symantec’s Norton, McAfee or other similar major corporate antivirus and computer security solutions); and Adobe products.
  • Minimum of two years experience within the last five assessing security risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Minimum of two years experience within the last five years developing, executing and documenting test plan concepts and interpreting results for software technical solutions.
  • Minimum of two years experience within the last five years in integrating systems.
  • Minimum of two years experience working with IM/IT clients to resolve end-user product issues.
  • Experience in creating: software technical requirement reports; and operational deficiency reports.
  • Experience in network installation of PC applications.
  • Experience manipulating application or MSI files.
  • Experience working with backup/image utilities.
  • Experience working with backup/image utilities.
  • Experience working with file compression utilities.
  • Experience writing technical documentation.
  • Experience with Life Cycle Product Management (LCPM) that includes software, hardware and tools as well as principles, practices, techniques and methodologies applicable to the configuration, implementation and maintenance of COTS products.
  • Experience with Microsoft Visual SourceSafe.
  • Experience customizing Microsoft Internet Explorer for deployment and security implementation.
  • Experience with desktop/server imaging and virtualization.
  • Experience configuring Sun Java Virtual Machine.
  • Experience configuring Adobe Reader and Acrobat.
  • Experience manipulating registry values using regedit, batch files or other toolsets.
